Below are the timings for the school day at Uplands.
School begins at 8.45am and ends at 3:15pm for the lower and upper school. To promote punctuality gates are open at 8:30am and staff are in class to begin the day with morning activities. We also have a free breakfast club which is open to all children from 8:00am – 8:30am.
Lunchtime is between 12noon – 1.00pm.
Children in any year group are allowed to go home by themselves as soon as the parental permission form has been signed and returned to the office. Otherwise, please collect your child promptly from the academy playground at 3:15pm.
We understand that sometimes you will be late. If you are going to be late collecting your child, please contact the school office so we can make arrangements for your child.
